Base Salary

$61k - $104k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision in a complex software environment.
  • Contribute to software design and software development activities.
  • Lead team activities related to software design and software development.
  • Understand internal and external client needs and provide proactive advice.
  • Assess project issues and formulate innovative solutions.
  • Drive teams toward technical and commercial goals, including awareness of profitability and potential cost management.
  • Explain difficult concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Motivate team members and build informal networks with contacts outside the immediate area.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
  • Ability to act as a key contributor in a complex environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to project issues, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate difficult concepts effectively.
  • Ability to motivate team members and lead software-related activities.
