Responsibilities
- Own product areas and projects from concept through deployment.
- Ship production features daily and help transition prototypes into scalable, high-quality systems.
- Build agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers while shaping product direction.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools; experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and work across the product lifecycle.
