Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications for B2B products.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Participate in PI Planning and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Promote development standards, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical decision-making.
- Design and optimize databases and build server-side applications and RESTful APIs.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web application development.
- Strong experience with React and at least one full-stack React framework such as Next.js, Remix, React Router 7, or SvelteKit.
- Strong .NET/C# development experience and experience building server-side applications with Node.js.
- Experience designing and optimizing MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases, with familiarity with Drizzle ORM.
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of Git workflows, pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews.
- Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code and evolve existing codebases and architectures.
- Understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, security best practices, and technical trade-offs.
