Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure for analytics, data, and AI platforms.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including self-hosted agents, artifact management, and automated execution.
- Monitor and improve system health and performance using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Check_MK, and logging frameworks.
- Implement security controls including RBAC, managed identities, service principals, NSGs, and secure service-to-service communication.
- Optimize Azure infrastructure costs and performance using Azure Cost Management and related tooling.
- Develop automation and integrations using Python scripts, REST APIs, and Azure SDKs.
- Support Azure AI infrastructure including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure API Management.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and application layers.
- Collaborate with analytics, data, AI, development, and project teams and participate in Agile/Scrum improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar cloud-infrastructure-focused role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including subscriptions, resource groups, networking, compute, load balancers, security, and monitoring.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or GitOps tooling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python or Bash, including API integrations and Azure SDK usage.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack is preferred.
- Understanding of cost, security, and performance optimization in Azure environments.
- Interest in the Azure AI landscape and delivering AI platforms for developers.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is preferred.
- English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, independent-work, and collaboration skills, including direct customer interaction experience.
