Base Salary
$130k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own intake assessments for prototypes, including data classification, system touchpoints, integration surfaces, risk flags, and sandbox/build/buy recommendations.
- Make graduated services native to the enterprise through Okta SSO and access, SCIM provisioning, audit logging, and user-facing integrations.
- Deliver integration-led graduations using configuration, workflow automation, and targeted glue code.
- Build and maintain MCP integrations and automations connecting services to Robinhood’s SaaS ecosystem and making them agent-accessible.
- Map business workflows with stakeholders and act as the technical translator throughout engagements.
- Partner with Enterprise Platforms on identity and application onboarding and with Enterprise Operations on operational handoffs.
- Use approved AI tools to automate assessment, integration, and documentation work.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, and Atlassian.
- Experience with integration or workflow-automation platforms such as Workato or similar tools.
- Strong scripting and API fluency, including Python or similar, REST, webhooks, OAuth, and SCIM.
- Ownership experience for at least one significant service or platform area as its domain expert.
- Ability to assess unfamiliar applications, understand their data and dependencies, and determine how to operate them safely.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, define scope in ambiguous situations, and build trust across functions.
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly finance or fintech, is strongly preferred.
