Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs that follow architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows engineering, compliance, security, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Review and prioritize tasks, support incremental delivery, and communicate blockers and delays.
- Contribute to emerging technology initiatives, best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of ten years of experience.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Technical expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues and meet product goals.
- Thorough understanding of the team’s domain, objectives, deliverables, business strategy, and technical strategy.
- Ability to collaborate across all aspects of product development and define solutions for end users.
- Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and best practices.
- Effective communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and influencing skills.
