Technical Architect/Senior Technical Architect/Solution architect-Revenue Cloud
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy CPQ and billing platforms to Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Revenue Lifecycle Management.
- Architect product catalog, pricing, contract, subscription, billing, revenue recognition, and data lineage migration strategies.
- Design Agentforce configurations for quote-assist, renewal, deal desk, and revenue operations use cases.
- Lead client discovery workshops and technical design sessions with revenue operations, finance, sales, CFO, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
- Design ERP and payment integrations, cutover plans, reconciliation processes, and post-migration validation.
- Build reusable migration playbooks, configuration accelerators, pricing patterns, scripts, prompt templates, and cutover runbooks.
- Identify and mitigate pricing, data integrity, ERP posting, platform governor-limit, and Agentforce hallucination risks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing enterprise Salesforce technology and revenue operations solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, including at least two end-to-end CPQ/Billing migration projects.
- 3+ years of client-facing advisory or architecture experience on enterprise Revenue Cloud transformations.
- Demonstrated experience migrating complex product catalogs with 1000+ SKUs and active contract portfolios with 100K+ contracts.
- Advanced Salesforce CPQ expertise covering product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, guided selling, approval workflows, quote templates, and amendment or renewal logic.
- Hands-on Salesforce Billing experience with billing schedules, invoice generation, usage-based billing, payment gateways, tax engines, and dunning workflows.
- Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management, Agentforce agent design, revenue recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15, ERP integration, data architecture, and large data volume strategies.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Stripe, Adyen, Zuora, and MuleSoft or Boomi integrations.
- Required certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Billing Specialist.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Application Architect, Agentforce Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect certifications; ETL experience with Informatica, Talend, or MuleSoft; Salesforce Industries Vlocity or OmniStudio knowledge; and experience with legacy Apttus/Conga, Zuora, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce Classic CPQ, or custom-built CPQ systems.
- Experience with Agentforce Einstein models, Salesforce Subscription Management, multi-currency billing, and multi-entity billing migrations is preferred.
