Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize automated workflows across the GTM tech stack.
- Build scalable workflows in Clay to enrich business and contact data.
- Create integrations between Clay, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.
- Develop real-time lead scoring engines to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Maintain dynamic lead routing systems to maximize conversion potential.
- Implement deduplication workflows to ensure data quality.
- Enhance Ideal Customer Profiles for customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to achieve common goals.
- Evaluate and manage new GTM tools to improve the technology stack.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide feedback to teams.
- Support technical implementation for new market expansions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Expert-level proficiency in building workflows in Clay.
- Experience with AI models and APIs.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and data architecture.
- Proven experience with lead scoring and routing systems.
- Strong deduplication workflow design expertise.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and webhooks.
- SQL proficiency for data analysis and database queries.
- Scripting experience in Python or similar languages for custom automations.
