Responsibilities
- Build new interfaces for lawyers and organizations to collaborate with AI
- Lead end-to-end UI features for Shared Spaces and future Harvey products from scoping through iteration
- Build polished, high-performance React and TypeScript interfaces using Tailwind CSS
- Architect reusable components and patterns and evolve the internal design system
- Optimize frontend performance at scale
- Collaborate with design and backend/infrastructure teams on APIs and UX for long-running jobs, streaming results, and tool-calling workflows
- Improve frontend reliability and security UX for enterprise and regulated environments
Requirements
- 4+ years of frontend-focused software engineering experience after a BS or MS degree
- Experience working across the stack to ship user-facing features with measurable impact
- Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, and Tailwind CSS
- Track record of shipping highly intuitive products with strong attention to detail
- Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge
