Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with minimal supervision.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, project discussions, and requirements clarification.
- Maintain and support existing software applications and troubleshoot defects and production issues.
- Provide live-service support, monitoring, bug identification, and fixes.
- Participate in incident root-cause analysis and drive improvements in application security, maintenance, and resilience.
- Apply DevOps principles, test automation, programming tools, and performance checks.
- Lead small technical initiatives and solve more complex problems using logical analysis and efficient algorithms.
- Communicate with stakeholders, share knowledge with early-career engineers, and contribute to team capability building.
- Keep technical skills current and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- React, Node.js, SRE, Dynatrace, cloud observability, and production support skills.
- Ability to develop reliable software, troubleshoot issues, and work with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of DevOps principles, test automation, performance checks, debugging, and software release guidelines.
- Ability to participate in incident analysis, apply security and resilience improvements, and lead small technical initiatives.
- Effective collaboration, stakeholder communication, critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and terminology and ability to follow established guidelines for using AI tools.
