Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure Endur modules across deal capture, scheduling, settlements, invoicing, and risk/PnL.
- Design and implement Endur configurations, workflows, business logic, and user interfaces.
- Develop customizations using AVS/JVS, OpenComponents, and .NET extensions.
- Configure and optimize end-of-day and batch workflows, valuation logic, and scheduling processes in C-Motion.
- Collaborate with Front, Middle, and Back Office stakeholders to validate requirements and align solutions.
- Prepare and review technical solution artifacts according to best practices and standards.
- Support integrations with market data, ERP, and reporting systems.
- Drive data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, and regression testing, including defect triage and resolution.
- Support trading operations, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, production troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Guide developers and contribute to platform adoption, standardization, reusable components, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of hands-on development experience with Endur.
- Experience with ETRM and energy trading and risk management.
- Experience configuring Endur across the trade lifecycle, including deal capture, scheduling, settlements, invoicing, and risk/PnL.
- Experience supporting refined products, crude, and portfolios covering physical and financial trading.
- Experience with AVS/JVS, OpenComponents, .NET extensions, and C-Motion.
- Experience working with Front, Middle, and Back Office, Operations, and Finance business users.
