Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end functionality, integration, performance, and reliability testing of FortiAIGate across SaaS and on-premises deployments.
- Design and implement tests for multi-tenant isolation, tenant onboarding and provisioning, metering, billing reconciliation, licensing, and entitlement validation.
- Validate elastic scaling, zero-downtime upgrades, and failover across single-cluster and multi-data-center Kubernetes deployments.
- Test LLM Gateway, AI Guardrails, and Agent Security effectiveness, including detection accuracy and false-positive/false-negative regressions, in collaboration with red teams.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites while driving shift-left testing and continuous validation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams on test planning and release gating.
Requirements
- Solid software testing experience with meaningful experience testing SaaS or cloud-native products.
- Hands-on experience testing multi-tenant SaaS control-plane capabilities, including tenant isolation, provisioning, metering, billing, and licensing.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and the ability to troubleshoot with kubectl, including pods, services, scaling, and rolling upgrades.
- Proficiency with a performance or load-testing tool such as k6, Locust, or JMeter, including designing concurrency, scaling, and high-load metering scenarios.
- Strong API-level testing skills using Postman or scripting and solid test automation and scripting skills in Python or an equivalent language.
- Experience with observability-based troubleshooting involving logs, metrics such as p95/p99 latency and error rates, and distributed tracing.
- Experience testing AI/LLM products or cybersecurity products is strongly preferred.
- Fortinet ecosystem or comparable cybersecurity product experience, AI security offense/defense, red-teaming, adversarial testing, prompt injection, MCP, A2A, Agent Security, or NHI identity knowledge is desirable.
