Base Salary
$65k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide production support and troubleshoot technical issues for critical enterprise applications.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement software fixes and enhancements.
- Support applications built with Java, Angular, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Analyze application logs, monitoring dashboards, and system alerts to diagnose production issues.
- Improve application reliability, performance, stability, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Lead Engineers, Software Development Engineers, Product Owners, QA teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
Requirements
- Require 5–8 years of experience in software development, application support, or production support environments.
- Require hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based applications.
- Require experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development and support.
- Require experience troubleshooting enterprise applications in Azure, GCP, AWS, or similar cloud environments.
- Require strong understanding of SQL and database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Require experience with application logs, monitoring dashboards, system alerts, distributed systems, API integrations, and performance troubleshooting.
- Require familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, DevOps practices, and incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Prefer experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or other highly regulated environments.
- Prefer knowledge of EDI transactions, file transfer processes, system integrations, and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
- Prefer familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Agile development teams, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field; equivalent education, professional training, and relevant work experience will be considered.
- Require strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
