Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teammates to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
- Design, develop, and own complex software features and components end to end.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested full-stack code.
- Help establish engineering best practices and a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture.
- Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- A balanced full-stack or strongly frontend-focused engineering background; backend-only profiles are not a fit.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience using MongoDB as an application database and BigQuery for analytics and large-dataset queries.
- Familiarity with automated testing, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong collaboration skills with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work remotely from the Americas in a distributed environment.
- A clearly differentiated engineering record demonstrating outsized impact.
- Interest in AI-focused product engineering is a plus.

- Salary range of $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually.
