Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end product features from hypothesis through production.
- Lead product discovery through customer-informed experiments, lightweight prototypes, and rapid validation.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and Sales to identify pain points and product opportunities.
- Design tracking and own metrics to support data-driven product decisions.
- Build software across the stack and drive architecture decisions through production release.
- Prioritize pragmatic solutions that balance immediate validation with long-term scalability.
- Move initiatives forward independently in a startup environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product engineering experience delivering end-to-end features.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Hands-on experience owning software architecture through production release.
- Experience extracting and owning relevant metrics to guide iteration.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above and English proficiency for team and product communication.
- Experience integrating or working with large language models is a strong plus.
- Comfort working in a startup environment with a pragmatic, data-driven mindset.
