Responsibilities

Scout and assess emerging AI technologies, models, agent architectures, frameworks, open-source technologies, and infrastructure patterns.
Evaluate client and business challenges and identify opportunities for differentiated applications of emerging AI capabilities.
Develop technical hypotheses and shape focused experiments and prototypes with clear evaluation criteria.
Recommend models, architectures, frameworks, data approaches, and technology components for experimentation.
Provide technical direction to engineering teams, review design decisions, and identify risks, constraints, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Define and analyze experiment evaluations across capability, accuracy, reliability, performance, cost, security, and enterprise readiness.
Capture technical learnings and provide evidence-based recommendations on whether capabilities should be pursued, refined, monitored, or deprioritized.
Engage with engineers, technology partners, startups, open-source communities, and technical specialists to support experimentation.
Apply governance, security, privacy, compliance, integration, scalability, and cost considerations throughout the experiment-to-delivery lifecycle.

8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, data engineering, solution architecture, or related technical roles.
Hands-on experience designing and building AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies, architectures, models, and frameworks for enterprise applicability.
Experience working with engineering teams and providing technical guidance across prototypes, pilots, or production solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise AI constraints, including privacy, security, governance, integration, scalability, and cost.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical and senior stakeholders.
