Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance modem, RF, and SERDES verification code and scalable system-level validation frameworks.
  • Create C and Python content to test hardware engines, custom high-speed links, drivers, and system vectors.
  • Build functional, performance, concurrency, and stress tests for SoC and high-speed-link validation.
  • Improve framework reproducibility, debug turnaround, performance, scalability, logging, and failure analysis.
  • Perform pre-silicon and post-silicon validation, bring-up, system integration, silicon debug, and hardware/software co-debug.
  • Analyze bandwidth, latency, QoS, throughput, scalability, power-performance tradeoffs, and system failures.
  • Collaborate with architecture, hardware design, firmware, software, SERDES, RF, and validation teams to drive silicon quality.
  • Apply AI and machine learning approaches to validation, debug, log analysis, and code development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualification as stated in the posting.
  • Open to new graduates and individuals with a few years of experience.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Assembly, Linux, device drivers, and bare-metal software development.
  • Knowledge of SoC and system validation, bring-up, system integration, silicon debug, embedded software, firmware, hardware interfaces, and RTL.
  • Experience or knowledge with simulation, emulation including Veloce and FPGA platforms, validation readiness, and performance, power, and concurrency analysis.
  • Knowledge of modem, RF, SERDES high-speed interfaces, clock and power management, low-power modes, and performance architecture.
  • Hands-on familiarity with JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, kernel debuggers, and silicon-debug methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate across architecture, design, firmware, software, and validation organizations.
