Base Salary
$115k - $143k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate the value and strategy of Pulumi.
- Own the technical pre-sales engagement including demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Technically close complex opportunities through advanced knowledge and skills.
- Serve as a technical partner to cloud and platform engineering teams.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Act as a customer advocate, bridging communication between customers and product teams.
- Solve new problems and teach about our technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, C#, or Java.
- Deep familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and application modernization.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
- Demonstrated experience in software development best practices.
- Proven ability to manage technical customer engagements successfully.
- Experience in solution selling methodologies relevant to technical sales.
- Ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders and business leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving outcomes.
