Base Salary

$115k - $143k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales team to articulate the value and strategy of Pulumi.
  • Own the technical pre-sales engagement including demos and proof-of-concepts.
  • Technically close complex opportunities through advanced knowledge and skills.
  • Serve as a technical partner to cloud and platform engineering teams.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Act as a customer advocate, bridging communication between customers and product teams.
  • Solve new problems and teach about our technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, C#, or Java.
  • Deep familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and application modernization.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
  • Demonstrated experience in software development best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage technical customer engagements successfully.
  • Experience in solution selling methodologies relevant to technical sales.
  • Ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving outcomes.
