Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive research, development, and refinement of generative AI and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product leaders to build scalable solutions.
- Balance research, experimentation, and hands-on product impact.
- Transform ambiguous research ideas into reliable production systems.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 7+ years of applied research experience in AI.
- Experience with large language models, agentic systems, and reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, and expertise in AI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and natural language processing.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently with minimal guidance.
