Responsibilities
- Build generation orchestration infrastructure for real scale.
- Improve observability across infrastructure to reduce failure rates.
- Optimize the database layer including schema design and migrations.
- Collaborate on architecture decisions to support new features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide a stable foundation for features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building robust backend systems at scale.
- 3+ years of deep TypeScript experience with a focus on type safety and error handling.
- Proven ability to deliver well-designed solutions to ambiguous problems.
- Experience with queue-based architectures and job scheduling.
- Strong instincts for observability and reliability improvements.
