Responsibilities
- Build and launch new in-house applications and zero-to-one features from scratch.
- Own features end-to-end across backend, frontend, integrations, design, production, and iteration.
- Integrate with external partners and design robust API, webhook, and asynchronous workflows.
- Build scalable backend services using TypeScript and/or Go.
- Create clean, intuitive frontend experiences aligned with Incard’s design system.
- Design APIs, workflows, and data models that support rapid iteration.
- Break complex initiatives into clear, shippable milestones and deliver them within the squad.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Consider edge cases, failure modes, real-world usage, and shared engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Backend, and Mobile teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack or product-focused Engineer.
- Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend development.
- Solid backend experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and data models.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, and external APIs.
- Product-minded approach with enjoyment of shipping user-facing features.
- Strong attention to detail, edge cases, and execution quality.
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred: experience with fintech, payments, or financial APIs.
- Preferred: experience shipping zero-to-one products or in-house tools.
- Preferred: familiarity with Go or distributed backend systems.
- Preferred: experience with stablecoins, credit products, or rewards systems.
