Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery, design, delivery, and maintenance of automation solutions for Finance and FinTech teams.
- Map process and data flows, identify pain points, and recommend suitable automation solutions.
- Design and develop production-grade solutions and reusable automation components.
- Support AI-enabled use cases such as data extraction and workflow routing.
- Own testing, monitoring, controls, and production support.
- Define success measures and deliver improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with Finance SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in automation, software engineering, or digital transformation.
- Experience delivering a production solution from discovery through implementation.
- Strong programming experience in Python or a similar language.
- Experience designing solutions across data, applications, APIs, and workflows.
- Experience with testing, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a workstream and support team members.
