Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality backend and frontend features and applications that meet customer and quality expectations.
- Assess customer workflows and challenges, provide effective solutions, and resolve issues supporting customer growth.
- Support existing applications, implement upgrades, and resolve bugs.
- Write readable, maintainable, and unit-testable code for backend and frontend changes.
- Build, orchestrate, and integrate AI agents and agentic workflows to automate and accelerate engineering tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, code reviews, knowledge sharing, task tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Follow coding standards and team processes, prioritize work, communicate delivery risks, and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development with a strong backend focus.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET 4.x, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, SQL, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
- Willingness to learn and work with Python; Python experience is a plus.
- Practical experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Copilot, and Cursor.
- Practical experience building, orchestrating, and integrating AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and relational, document, and graph databases.
- Experience with web services and API development, including RESTful or SOAP services.
- Knowledge of web application development, unit testing, and integration testing, including writing and running unit tests.
- Proficiency with version control and task-management tools such as Git and Jira.
- Understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, learning, and critical-thinking skills.
- Intermediate spoken and written English communication.
- Azure cloud services experience is preferred; AWS or GCP knowledge is also relevant.
