Responsibilities
- Own the full customer and partner integration lifecycle from initial scoping and technical design through implementation, testing, and go-live.
- Translate, triage, and scope customer needs into product feedback that informs the roadmap.
- Design and build shared tooling, SDKs, and documentation for faster integrations.
- Debug production issues across system boundaries and serve as the first responder for partner integration problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping integrations with payment systems, financial infrastructure, and/or banking partners.
- Experience understanding integration experiences from the customer or API-consumer perspective.
- Excellent communication skills across engineering and customer audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership.
- Stablecoin and/or blockchain experience is preferred but not required.
