Responsibilities
- Lead development of customer-specific implementations within the platform architecture baseline.
- Remain a primary hands-on implementor while directing a team of 2–6 engineers.
- Make account-specific technical trade-offs and coordinate platform-level questions with technical leadership.
- Gather requirements, prioritize delivery work, and communicate status to customer-facing stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Guide engineers through code reviews, conventions, and pairing.
- Own software releases end-to-end, including delivery into hybrid and air-gapped environments.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field is required; four years of experience may substitute.
- At least 10 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying software systems is required.
- Candidates should be fluent with AI-native IDEs and strong in version control practices.
- Experience with full-stack development, containers, hybrid on-premises/cloud deployment, and air-gapped environments is required.
- Candidates should be able to ship in TypeScript, Python, and React and have experience with at least two mainstream programming languages.
- Experience with identity and access concerns, including SSO, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, RBAC, session management, audit logging, encryption, storage, APIs, and observability is expected.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle, requirements gathering, delivery prioritization, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership is required.
- Preferred qualifications include tech-lead experience on multi-service products, generative AI or agentic feature delivery, RMF/ATO support, ICD 705 or similar accreditation practices, and familiarity with security and compliance tools.
