Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize LLM-based models and deploy them into production environments.
- Develop and maintain advanced LLM-powered systems and multi-agent architectures.
- Support observability and evaluation of LLM-based agents for long-term accuracy.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data preprocessing and model training.
- Stay updated on the latest ML techniques and tools to enhance model efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products.
- Create clear documentation for models, processes, and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in ML Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Polars, Pandas, NumPy, or SQL.
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems with large language models (LLMs).
