Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver enhancements, defect fixes, and production support for VisionPLUS card-processing systems.
- Work with VisionPLUS CMS and related subsystems, including card lifecycle, transaction processing, and reconciliation functionality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.
- Evaluate technologies, recommend adoption, maintain technology roadmaps, and drive technology initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience with the VisionPLUS CMS module, including posting changes.
- A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in technology leadership and software development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with financial services and card-processing systems.
- Experience with MVS, z/OS, Windows, Linux, VSAM, DB2, TSO, ISPF, EZTRV, File Aid, Changeman, Control-M, REXX, COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
- Experience with VisionPLUS subsystems such as FAS, TRAMS, CTA, MBS, and ASM is preferred.
- Experience developing and delivering using Agile methodology.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills.
