Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs.
- Work with technologies such as Node.js, Javascript/Typescript, MongoDB, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Contribute to building and executing on functional strategy.
- Lead projects that contribute to team and engineering deliverables.
- Produce maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers in an autonomous team environment.
- Mentor junior engineers in technical skills and Webflow culture.
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities.
Requirements
- Business-level fluency in English.
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying web applications.
- Familiarity with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Ability to debug production issues across services.
- Experience building complex web systems.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and Mocha.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment.
- Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies.
