Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications supporting business and customer needs.
- Build and maintain responsive web applications using modern technologies and software engineering principles.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and documented code in accordance with engineering standards.
- Participate in code reviews and automated testing activities with guidance from peers and technical leaders.
- Troubleshoot software defects, analyze root causes, and implement fixes.
- Support, monitor, and maintain applications across development, testing, integration, and production environments.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with organizational and customer requirements.
- Develop understanding of system integrations, dependencies, and platform interactions.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related technical discipline, with equivalent practical experience also considered.
- 1–2 years of software development experience with React, Redux, ES6/ES7, React Testing Library, and Jest.
- Understanding of HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and JSON.
- Experience building adaptive, responsive, user-friendly web applications across devices and platforms.
- Knowledge of microservices development and maintenance using Java, Vert.x, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, multi-tier architectures, algorithms, and relational database concepts.
- Experience with automated, functional, integration, and performance testing and technical documentation.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, learn technologies quickly, and apply engineering best practices.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, including cross-functional teamwork.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
