Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs to qualify, develop, and close strategic enterprise deals.
- Challenge customers to think bigger about what's possible with industry insights.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes for engineers and executives.
- Build deep relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead high-impact demos and proof of value sessions.
- Own evaluation processes from success criteria to timelines.
- Stay informed about trends in software delivery and AI-assisted development.
- Advocate for customers to shape the product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
- Travel up to 35% for customer engagements and industry events.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical sales or solutions engineering for complex enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of leading POCs, POVs, and delivering world-class demos.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Strong technical and business communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% and commute to London 1-2 days per week.
- Familiarity with modern software delivery practices and AI-assisted development.
- Hands-on technical skills to lead demos and workshops independently.
- Experience selling into large enterprise environments with $1M+ deals.
