Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to uphold coding, accuracy, testability, and efficiency standards.
- Analyze experiment results and identify improvements in ad quality, user happiness, and business outcomes.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their impact on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Develop and work with machine learning models to improve ads retrieval, pre- and post-click quality, pricing, and related areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- At least 3 years of experience with reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML field.
- At least 3 years of experience with end-to-end machine learning, including deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies and developing ads-serving systems.
Benefits
- US base pay of $174000 - $252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
