Base Salary

$130k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable full stack systems using React and Ruby on Rails.
  • Own complex features end-to-end, focusing on Hiring Assistant workflows.
  • Architect and evolve systems that support AI-driven hiring experiences.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation frameworks to enhance product capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams for fast, high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive technical decision-making regarding system design, performance, and scalability.
  • Improve engineering velocity through tooling and AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Mentor other engineers to enhance code quality and execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full stack engineering experience, preferably with Ruby on Rails and React.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex systems end-to-end.
  • Strong experience with APIs, distributed systems, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI to improve workflows and measure impact.
  • Hands-on experience or strong curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, or automation tools.
  • Strong product mindset focused on real user needs.
  • Ability to operate with high velocity and ownership in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing AI-driven product improvements.
