Base Salary
$184k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end AI solutions for Boeing Global Services business needs.
- Define scalable enterprise architectures integrating on-premises and cloud data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and evaluate cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architecture tradeoffs.
- Architect data ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, ontology, AI model integration, workflow orchestration, and visualization patterns.
- Provide guidance across AI product design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, production readiness, and enhancement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, software engineers, platform architects, product teams, and enterprise architecture.
- Create reusable AI frameworks, reference architectures, and solution patterns.
- Support technical governance, design reviews, performance tuning, observability, and operational support.
- Design ontology and semantic-layer approaches for improved supply-chain data usability, searchability, interoperability, and AI consumption.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations that improve performance and business value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with AI and machine learning technologies and integrating AI insights into data architecture and analytics processes.
- 10+ years of experience with IT, cloud, and data architecture in large-scale hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- 10+ years of experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical users and working with senior stakeholders across organizations.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing AI/ML solutions, data science workflows, and analytics methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience with AI/ML and generative AI lifecycle practices, including model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, change management, documentation, and data governance.
- Preferred bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with supply chain, logistics, inventory, planning, sourcing, parts, industrial, aerospace, or similarly complex operational domains.
- Preferred experience with MLOps, LLM orchestration, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, model lifecycle management, semantic layers, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data models.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI, workflow automation, AI-based decision support, data visualization, orchestration platforms, front-end delivery patterns, data governance, cataloging, lineage, security frameworks, event-driven architecture, API integration, and cloud-native design.
Benefits
- Summary base pay range is $184,450 - $249,550.
