Base Salary

$85k - $164k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design discussions and run end-to-end design authorities for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Own end-to-end solution and application architecture while advising customers on industry practices, process methodology, integrations, and architecture constraints.
  • Blueprint, implement, and advise on Blue Yonder Planning solutions across supply chain planning and execution processes.
  • Lead the creation of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens.
  • Create reusable templates and artifacts to improve implementation efficiency, reduce errors, and support operations.
  • Support business process analysis, design, documentation, task planning, effort estimation, and change-management planning.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across customers, consultants, project managers, technical teams, cloud teams, product teams, and executives.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and presentations to user, management, and executive audiences.
  • Provide functional user support, verify business functions and data integrity, and guide responses to technical issues.
  • Guide test-script development and perform product validation, end-to-end data-flow testing, solution testing, interface testing, workflow testing, report testing, and performance testing.
  • Raise Jira and case tickets, communicate customer business cases and product enhancement needs, and identify incremental revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions, specifically Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning; this experience is required.
  • Implementation or user experience with Blue Yonder advanced planning solutions, including legacy i2 and Manugistics, or equivalent products such as Kinaxis, o9, SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Logility, e2open, Steelwedge, or OMP.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including understanding and use of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, and tactical supply chain planning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Experience in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center is preferred.
  • An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Logistics is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
