Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales discovery, solution consulting, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concept development, and customer integration planning.
- Guide client engineering teams through onboarding and integration of Gracenote metadata using standard APIs and agentic frameworks.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical strategy through customer adoption and production deployment.
- Represent customer needs to the product team, influence product roadmaps, and create technical documentation.
- Test and validate new products as “Customer Zero” before rollout.
- Prototype focused AI agents that demonstrate technical capabilities and provide blueprints for customer integrations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering.
- Experience bridging business objectives and technical implementation for complex software integrations.
- Strong foundation in RESTful APIs, SQL, ETL, and structured data formats including JSON and XML.
- Understanding of modern AI technology stacks, including tool chaining, prompt engineering, and identity management such as AWS Cognito.
- Strong consultative and communication skills for executives, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Ability to travel to customer sites, primarily in North America, up to 30% of the time, with periodic international travel possible.
