Responsibilities
- Design and scale native iOS and Android architecture for agentic workflows, multi-turn conversations, and real-time AI interactions.
- Implement low-latency streaming, multimodal inputs, and client-side agent state management.
- Own the mobile lifecycle from architectural specifications through deployment, AWS CI/CD optimization, and production reliability.
- Lead technical decisions, define requirements, drive mobile feature strategy, and mentor engineers through code reviews and coaching.
- Prototype and solve complex challenges including offline agent-state synchronization and high-volume data pipelines.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a deep focus on native mobile development.
- Proven expertise in Swift and/or Kotlin, with the ability to lead technical decisions and review code across iOS and Android.
- Experience leading projects, fleshing out requirements, and driving technical strategy for mobile features.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
- Strong experience with mobile design patterns, threading, memory management, and long-running asynchronous AI tasks.
- Preferred: familiarity with Python, Elixir, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, modern agent frameworks, and multi-step reasoning or orchestration patterns on mobile devices.
