Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate identity and account services covering authentication, authorization, and user/team directories.
- Build scalable, highly available, distributed, and performant platform services used by multiple engineering teams.
- Maintain cross-product automations, analytics systems, and ticketing integrations.
- Own the onboarding experience for connecting AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI accounts.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Design, and QE teams.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer designing and shipping distributed, highly available services.
- Strong proficiency in Go or Java.
- Hands-on experience with Postgres or another relational database and a messaging system such as NATS.
- Experience with SaaS applications and delivering large software projects end-to-end.
- Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On integration is a plus.
