Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact frontend solutions for the company’s primary web platforms.
- Translate business and product requirements into efficient frontend architectures and technical designs.
- Support development best practices, design patterns, testing, code reviews, and team processes.
- Promote and maintain technical documentation so platform solutions can be adopted by other teams.
- Collaborate through code reviews, pair programming, technical feedback, and data-driven development.
Requirements
- Experience in software development with a frontend focus.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of a modern frontend framework, preferably React or Vue.js.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and frontend application architecture.
- Knowledge of web accessibility fundamentals.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and give and receive constructive technical feedback.
- Proactivity in learning and using AI to facilitate work.
- Production experience with React is preferred.
- Experience with design systems or shared components is preferred.
