Responsibilities
- Own features from requirements through architecture, development, and delivery.
- Drive AI initiatives to improve care delivery and engineering workflows.
- Develop features across patient-facing apps, dashboards, and internal tools.
- Set and improve engineering processes, including CI/CD and code quality.
- Ship high-velocity code while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with strong proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Demonstrated architectural judgment and technical leadership.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to delivery.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows.
