Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain full-stack software products.
- Write production-ready and testable code while taking full-stack ownership.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Apply software reliability engineering standards throughout development.
- Collaborate across product teams, communicate blockers, and support incremental delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers while contributing to technical strategy and product goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum ten years of experience.
- Preferred experience with C#/.NET, AWS, DevOps, APIs, and React.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Technical leadership, issue resolution, mentoring, and solution-definition skills.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, and customers.
- Effective communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and influencing skills.
