Base Salary
$80k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL databases.
- Design and deliver reliable features for a digital platform integrating eCommerce, IT asset management, cloud environments, and SHI services.
- Support the architecture and design of distributed, cloud-native systems with senior engineers.
- Use AI-powered development tools, including agentic coding assistants, code-generation models, and automated review tooling.
- Participate in code reviews and apply software engineering practices such as clean code, automated testing, documentation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, software architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, continuous improvement, DevOps practices, and efficient delivery processes.
- Travel up to 10%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience building modern web applications with C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Demonstrated regular use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.
- Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, software architecture, and relational database design.
- Experience with SQL Server or Postgres and comfort working in an Agile, CI/CD, Git-centric environment.
- Intermediate proficiency with cloud computing, scripting and programming, systems design, project technical requirements, DevOps, SQL, PaaS, ORM frameworks, and Test-Driven Development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, event-driven and distributed systems, DevOps and Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, test-driven development, unit and integration testing, Python, Databricks, or Elasticsearch.
- Preferred qualifications also include AI-assisted software engineering practices such as agentic coding tools, prompt engineering for code generation, and LLM-powered workflows in the SDLC.
