Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Finance and underwriting teams to discover business needs and translate operational challenges into workflow requirements.
- Partner with security and legal teams to ensure AI solutions comply with HIPAA and internal data security and privacy policies.
- Architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows integrating internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Build workflows incorporating LLM agents and retrieval pipelines.
- Present solutions to stakeholders, lead training sessions, and promote enterprise AI adoption.
- Contribute to AI playbooks and operational standards.
- Establish telemetry for performance, model drift, and cost, and troubleshoot issues to improve workflow efficiency and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience, including automation pipelines, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and demonstrated skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python and associated AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, orchestration, integration patterns, generative AI, LLM integration, or agent frameworks.
- Deep experience with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI frameworks including LangChain, HuggingFace, and LlamaIndex.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, business acumen, documentation, organization, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare or finance-team experience is preferred; a master’s or PhD degree is a plus.
