Base Salary
$120k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a private, permissioned distributed ledger for the alternative investment ecosystem.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Provide technical leadership, motivate and guide team members, and mentor junior engineers.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, peer code reviews, and the standard software development lifecycle.
- Stay current with blockchain technology and incorporate relevant developments into the iCapital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, senior leadership, and industry partners.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
- At least 2 years of technical leadership and management experience.
- Experience with DAML, Solidity, or other blockchain programming languages.
- Experience with Python, Toke, and FastAPI.
- Understanding of relational database concepts and data-modeling practices.
- Experience building APIs for large-scale applications using AWS.

- Base salary range of $120,000 to $145,000, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.
