Responsibilities
- Research client requirements, assess options, and recommend efficient and robust software solutions.
- Develop high-quality, performant code for web applications using frontend technologies.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead refactoring efforts in existing programs.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients.
- Provide technical consultancy to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues, debug problems, and support performance testing.
- Mentor colleagues and help develop team members with lower seniority.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, support decisions, and validate outputs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in web application development.
- Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, Angular Material, SCSS/CSS, and HTML best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions across application components.
- Solid understanding of client-server communication, protocols, and REST principles.
- Experience working in Scrum or SAFe environments within cross-functional squads.
- Proficiency with Git and Atlassian tools.
- Hands-on experience with pair programming, TDD, DDD, and simple design practices.
- Ability to adapt strategies and working methods to project needs.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly, including effective prompting, critical validation, and ownership of final results.
- German language knowledge, NodeJS, Docker, application lifecycle and CI/CD knowledge, security experience, and UI/UX experience are preferred.
