Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build AI agentic solutions.
- Define technical requirements and implement features from proof of concept through implementation, evaluation, and production.
- Own assigned tasks and deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
- Manage backend development while contributing to frontend development.
- Apply an evaluation-driven approach to adopting innovative AI solutions.
- Stay current with AI and related technology trends and collaborate with clients to refine project requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an AI engineering role.
- Full-stack development experience primarily using NodeJS and TypeScript.
- Experience across backend and frontend tasks, with the ability to adapt to new technologies, products, and APIs.
- Knowledge of AI agentic technologies, architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, multi-agent concepts, MCP servers, prompt design, and LLM orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or SDKs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Practical experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience configuring services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Competence using REST APIs and integrating databases.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include basic machine learning knowledge, Python source-code understanding, React experience, model fine-tuning and distillation, LLM evaluation, MCP, graph databases, additional programming languages or frameworks, and voice-agent frameworks such as Pipecat.
