Base Salary
$165k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code.
- Own Kubernetes cluster operations including deployments and incident response.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for a large-scale monorepo.
- Implement observability across services with metrics and logging.
- Drive reliability practices such as SLOs and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience.
- Manage secrets and infrastructure security posture.
- Evaluate and adopt new tooling to reduce operational toil.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of professional DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure experience.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
- Experience operating CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language like Python or Go.
- Solid understanding of IaaS providers and networking concepts.
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks like Datadog or Prometheus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Organized with great attention to detail, comfortable in a ticketing environment.
