Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver complex global supply chain planning transformations.
- Lead hands-on implementations involving BY ESP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, order promising, and advanced supply chain planning.
- Drive solutioning discussions and architect scalable responses to complex customer requirements.
- Lead customer discussions, stakeholder management, and executive presentations independently.
- Design and support cloud-native planning, API, integration, and supply chain data model solutions.
- Enable faster deployments and improved customer adoption through AI-enabled implementation approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customer supply chain transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning implementations and consulting.
- Hands-on implementation experience with BY ESP and supply chain planning solutions.
- Experience with Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO, SAP IBP, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning is an advantage.
- Strong supply chain domain expertise and experience architecting complex global transformations.
- Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Oracle, Snowflake, cloud-native planning architectures, APIs, integrations, and supply chain data models is preferred.
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven planning, ML-based forecasting, Agentic AI, AI-driven automation, or GenAI-based implementation accelerators is advantageous.
- Experience with BY Platform, Data Cloud, or BYDM is beneficial.
- Global consulting or supply chain transformation experience and APICS or supply chain certifications are preferred.
