Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders to design business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the implementation of Agoda Strategic Partnerships CRM business flow from end to end.
- Communicate how solutions align with business requirements and provide product demonstrations.
- Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback on technical workflows.
- Design and create reports and dashboards to guide strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Salesforce page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.
- Knowledgeable of all levels of the SDLC and testing phases.
- Experience writing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with data migration and system integration techniques.
