Responsibilities

- Expertise in software quality practices and system reliability.
- Strong backend engineering skills in Kotlin, Scala, or Java.
- Broad engineering understanding beyond backend.
- Curiosity for new technologies and open-source advancements.
- Ability to evaluate complex problems and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical details.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering collaboration.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
