Responsibilities
- Learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
- Work in collaborative teams to build innovative customer experiences.
- Create large-scale distributed systems out of microservices.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices.

Requirements
- Experience with development languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, or C#.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies like XP, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and delivery tools.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Enjoy influencing others and advocating for technical excellence.
- Presence in the external tech community through speaking engagements or contributions.
- Resilient in ambiguous situations and able to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
